Writer/Producer/Director - Vernon is a veteran of the special operations community, and retired from the US Navy's elite Special Boat Teams as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (10 years active duty and 10 years reserves). The son of Christian missionaries, he has traveled to the ends of the world, visiting more than 83 countries along the way. Vernon has a BFA in Film Directing from the Art Center College of Design, as well as a Master's degree in Screenwriting from the University of Southern California, where he was awarded a highly prestigious Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences Writer's Fellowship. He has directed seven films, and has written dozens of screenplays and short stories.
